Clinical supervision.

For therapists who want to grow into their own way of practicing.

Supervision is more than reviewing cases and checking boxes. It can be a space to slow down, think together, ask questions, and build confidence in your clinical judgment. My approach to supervision is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the belief that you don’t have to practice exactly like anyone else to be a thoughtful, effective therapist.

What we can explore together.

Curiosity over certainty.

There’s always more than one way to understand what’s happening in the room. I encourage curiosity, reflection, and openness rather than rushing toward the “right” answer.

Not a clinical clone.

Supervision isn’t about molding you into the therapist I am. We’ll explore your strengths, instincts, questions, and growing edges so you can develop a clinical identity that feels authentic to you.

Relationship matters.

Our supervisory relationship is part of the work. You should have space to bring uncertainty, mistakes, difficult cases, and moments when you’re not sure what to do without fear of judgment.

Think outside the box.

I value creativity and an integrative approach to clinical work. Supervision can be a place to consider different perspectives, interventions, and ways of conceptualizing a client rather than defaulting to a single framework.

Supervision can support you in developing your clinical identity, strengthening case conceptualization, navigating complex client dynamics, working with trauma and neurodivergent clients, building confidence with interventions, exploring countertransference, and thinking through ethical or relational questions that come up in practice.

Whether you’re looking for ongoing supervision or support around a particular clinical question, the goal is the same: to help you become a more confident, grounded therapist without losing your own voice along the way.
